Metric Portfolio

There are three types of Metrics in FieldDoc. As you build out your portfolio of Activities and create Pacts, your Metrics Portfolio will grow.

Regardless of the origin of the metrics - your organization portfolio, Pacts, or models, all Metrics are tracked within an Activity.

Organizational Metrics

Each Organization can create a list of organizational metrics, assign planned target values, and set baselines.

Once the organizational metric list is created, users can select metrics from the organization list and assign them to individual activity records.

Throughout the implementation of the Activity, track progress toward the goal for each metric within each activity.

The progress will be visible on the activity summary page and then rolled up to an aggregate on any summary views, such as within Projects or Organization views.

Programmatic Metrics

Program Managers in FieldDoc collect Activity information for their Program from General Users via Pacts. When a general user creates a Pact within a Program, metrics associated with that Program are made available for the user to select and attach to their activity record via the Pact.

Modeled Metrics

Modeled metrics are made available based on the activity type that the user selects. The modeled metrics must be 'turned on' by the user within an Activity's Edit Activity modal.
