Introduction

When you log into FieldDoc, you arrive at your Home Page.

On the left side, you can navigate to different components of your Portfolio, access Tools, or explore Resources. From your account, select options to manage your account.

On the top panel, access Quick Link buttons to create new records.

Portfolio

Your portfolio includes all your activities and related information. We have provided several components to help you better organize your activities.

Portfolio Component	Description
Projects	Highest level of organization for Activities within a Portfolio
Sites	mid-level organizational component to assist in grouping Activities
Activities	Core data component.
Pacts	Contain all of the agreements your organization has with third-parties. Share a sub-set of your Activities to Opportunities, for instance as part of your application to a Funding Program.
Metrics	Contains your organization-specific metrics (currently available in beta to all users)###

Tools

Tool Component	Description
Integrations	Link your FieldDoc-managed data to third-party software. Airtable and ArcGIS Online are current offerings (currently available in beta to all users)
Workflows	Link your FieldDoc-managed data to third-party software. Airtable and ArcGIS Online are current offerings (currently available in beta to all users)
Exports	Export your portfolio in .csv or .GeoJSON format.

Resource Component	Description
Activity Type	Review details of all Activity Types hosted by FieldDoc.
Models	Access documentation for models connected to FieldDoc-hosted Activity Types.
