Sites (deprecated feature)

In Legacy FieldDoc, Sites were an organizational unit with a geographic component that collected a subset of records within each practice. In FieldDoc 2.0, Sites are not currently offered as an organizational unit.

If you had organized your Project with Sites in the Legacy System, all of your records should be available within the original Project, the Pact created for you, and in your portfolio of all activity records.

Future Updates

Users have requested that we return the sub-folder organization that Sites provided to FieldDoc. We have put this onto our FieldDoc production roadmap, but do not have a date where we anticipate adding a sub-organization folder between the highest level Project Folder and the base record type, Activities.
