What happens to my records if my organization is deleted?

If your content was deleted as a result of deleting an organization or workspace, all content associated with that organization is also permanently removed. Please reach out to [email protected] immediately and we will assess if the deletion can be reversed.

If you would like to intentionally delete your organization and retain a copy of your FieldDoc portfolio, we recommend using the Export feature to collect all records and associated information. You can also reach out to our support team for guidance. Once you have exported your records, please get in touch with [email protected]envelope to suspend your organization account.

What happens to my content if my account is deleted?

Deleting an account will not delete any of all the data and files associated with it because all data is associated with your parent organization. This means if you're the only member in an organization, the records will remain but a new user will need to join in order to access them. If you recreate your account and it is assigned to the same organization, the data will already be present.

Does all content get deleted if a user in an organization deletes their account?

Records are associated with organizations, not users. If an organization deletes user accounts, that does not delete records that have been created, edited, or managed by that user.
