With a Basic User account, you can:

Join an organization

Collaborate with your team inside your organization’s FieldDoc workspace.

Create and manage activity records

Document on-the-ground restoration and conservation work.

Share activity records with funders via Pacts

Associate your activities with specific funding programs and submit required information to funders.

Run models within your Pacts

Generate modeled outcomes (e.g., water quality, habitat, or other program-aligned results) where applicable.

Assign programmatic metrics

Add organization-level and funder-required metrics to Pacts and individual activity records.

Assign Funder Program Activity Types

Align your work with the specific activity classifications required by a funding program.

Import data in batches

Use import tools to:

  • Create multiple activity records at once
