Sign up or log in issues

If the “Sign Up” button isn’t working - for example, if it is unresponsive when you try to click it - try these actions.

  1. Check with your IT department to make sure FieldDoc is added to the “safe sites” list or not being blocked by security settings.

  2. Clear your browser cache to remove any stored data that might be interfering.

  3. Try a different browser (like Chrome or Firefox) to see if the issue persists.

  4. Ensure your browser is up to date with the latest version.
